acaa open studios 2018

In its 11th year, the ACAA provides this opportunity to showcase the work of local artists by offering the public a free exhibition of artists who live and work in Amador County. Approximately 20 artists will have their work in the American Legion Hall for the weekend of September 8 and 9. On Saturday, the hall will be open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday hours will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  A food vendor will be on site during the event.

In addition, we host a Fine Art Raffle that supports the ACAA’s fundraising efforts for student art awards and scholarships. Participating artists and others donate a piece of original artwork that will be raffled off on Sunday afternoon. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win.
